Decant and occupation
Moves of staff or clinical services are planned before the construction activity they unlock.
LEEDS
Leeds programmes range from occupied commercial refurbishment to large regeneration plots. Both need a schedule that respects what is already on the site.
Leeds
Leeds has a strong professional-services core and a long regeneration edge, including the South Bank. Many instructions are refurbishments of buildings that stay partly occupied, or new plots that still depend on a utility diversion and a land handover.
Healthcare and education clients in the region add another constraint: decant. People and services have to move before the builder can take a floor. That move is a predecessor, with a duration, or the construction start is a guess.
We prepare the baseline and the monthly programme from our Manchester office, working with the Leeds project team. The report is written for a client who wants to know which date moved and why.
On the programme
Moves of staff or clinical services are planned before the construction activity they unlock.
Plot release and diversions are on the logic, especially on regeneration land.
Updates explain the critical path in language a director can use.

Yes. Decant, departmental moves and construction phasing are part of the schedule when the estate stays live.
We are appointed by one party. The schedule can still be structured so the other party can see the milestones that affect them, if our client wants that.
Manchester is close enough for a workshop in Leeds at short notice. The first step is a look at the current programme and the contract dates.
