Who we are
EVM Solutions Ltd. provides planning, scheduling and project controls consultancy. For privacy questions, contact us at info@evm-solutions.co.uk.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide, such as name, business email, company, job title, phone number, service of interest, project type and message. We also collect basic technical data needed to operate the website, such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand which services are relevant, improve the website, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data because you ask us to respond (legitimate interests and/or taking steps at your request before a contract). Where you tick the consent box, that consent also covers using the details you submitted to follow up.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain a reasonable business record, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law.
Sharing
We may share information with trusted service providers who host the website or help us operate email, and only where needed. We will not share your details for unrelated marketing.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, or object to processing. Contact info@evm-solutions.co.uk to make a request.
