Heat and storms
Summer productivity and severe-weather windows are calendars. A flat production rate all year will miss the date.
TEXAS
Texas programmes are often large, hot and dependent on electrical equipment that is ordered long before the pad is poured.
Texas
The state is a centre for data centres, industrial expansion and energy. Those jobs share a planning pattern: a promised power or production date, long-lead electrical gear, and a summer calendar that does not match a temperate template.
We schedule procurement, construction and commissioning as one CPM network, coded so an owner with several Texas sites can see each one. Heat, storm season and local holidays are on the calendar. Contractor schedules are checked against the owner WBS before they are accepted.
We do this from Manchester with the project controls team in Texas. There is no Texas office.
On the programme
Summer productivity and severe-weather windows are calendars. A flat production rate all year will miss the date.
Switchgear, transformers and generators get their own procurement path into installation.
Coding lets a portfolio report without mixing the critical paths of different sites.
How we help
Planning, scheduling and project controls from a Manchester-based consultancy, deployed to the programme rather than tied to a local office in every city.
Baselines aimed at energisation or production, not only at building dry-in.
A check of logic and coding before an owner accepts a baseline.
One data date and one definition of progress across sites.

All three, and the wider state. The constraints are the sector and the climate more than a single city limit.
Yes. If they share a power date they belong in one network, or in two files with a controlled interface milestone.
We work with the team on the programme. Long-term secondment is agreed per instruction. The company base remains Manchester.
