Access and logistics
Delivery slots, crane oversailing and tight sites are resources. Missing them invents float.
SINGAPORE
Singapore programmes are constrained by access, neighbours and authority interfaces. The schedule has to name those constraints early.
Singapore
Singapore sites rarely fail because a Gantt chart looked neat. They fail when logistics windows, authority approvals and neighbouring assets are missing from the logic. We put those constraints into the baseline before the finish date is treated as real.
Data centres, commercial buildings and infrastructure works are common contexts. Many programmes also report to a regional HQ outside Singapore. Coding and one data date keep that report aligned with the site.
We support these programmes from Manchester using Primavera P6 and the client’s reporting stack, with site engagement when interfaces or progress certainty need a direct view.
On the programme
Delivery slots, crane oversailing and tight sites are resources. Missing them invents float.
Approvals and adjoining owners need notice periods and predecessors on the critical path.
A global or regional board still needs one trusted data date from the live file.
Systems turnover and energisation need a network, especially on data centre and complex building jobs.
How we help
Planning, scheduling and project controls from a Manchester-based consultancy, deployed to the programme rather than tied to a local office in every city.
Schedules that include logistics, approvals and neighbour constraints from the first issue.
Updates that show movement of the critical path, not only percent complete.
Narratives and dashboards that match the P6 network for regional leadership.
Re-sequencing when access or late design takes the float.
