Climate calendar
Summer restrictions and Ramadan productivity are in the calendar, so the finish date is not based on a temperate working week.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
Planning and scheduling for United Arab Emirates programmes, written around heat, authority approvals and FIDIC delivery. We are based in Manchester and support UAE project teams.
United Arab Emirates
A programme copied from a UK calendar will be wrong in the UAE before the first activity starts. The working week, summer midday bans on outdoor work, and Ramadan hours all change how much progress a month contains. Authority approvals and NOCs sit on the critical path of building and infrastructure jobs more often than the construction logic does.
EVM Solutions plans that work under FIDIC and the client standards we are given. Design, procurement, construction and commissioning stay in one schedule. Contractor programmes are checked so the client sees one critical path rather than a stack of unrelated files.
The emirate pages below match the dropdown in the menu: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah. We do not operate a UAE office. The consultancy is in Manchester, and the schedule is built with the project team.
On the programme
Summer restrictions and Ramadan productivity are in the calendar, so the finish date is not based on a temperate working week.
Permits, NOCs and inspections have durations and predecessors. A milestone with no logic is not an approval plan.
Construction often starts before design is complete. The schedule shows which information releases which site activity.
How we help
Planning, scheduling and project controls from a Manchester-based consultancy, deployed to the programme rather than tied to a local office in every city.
One schedule from design and procurement through commissioning, coded by contractor and package.
Updates that show what moved on the critical path, in language a project director can use.
Logic-based evidence when a FIDIC notice or an extension is being prepared.

Yes. Both are modelled in the calendar so durations are not quietly optimistic.
Usually FIDIC, and the programme requirements in the particular conditions. We follow the form on the project rather than a single template.
