Right level of detail
Enough logic to see the critical path, and not so much that the monthly update is abandoned.
AJMAN
Ajman projects need the same climate calendar and approval logic as the larger emirates, usually on a tighter commercial budget.
Ajman
Ajman programmes are typically commercial, residential or light industrial. They do not need a heavier planning product than the risk deserves, but they do need a real calendar and a real approval path. Teams that copy a Dubai tower schedule onto a smaller plot create detail nobody will update.
We set the WBS at the level the contractor will maintain: structure, envelope, MEP, external works and commissioning, plus the authority steps that can stop them. Summer and Ramadan are in the calendar. Long-lead plant is included only where the procurement date can actually move handover.
The work is delivered by EVM Solutions from Manchester, with the Ajman project team.
On the programme
Enough logic to see the critical path, and not so much that the monthly update is abandoned.
Authority steps that gate site work are visible, even on a smaller project.
The same UAE working constraints as the neighbouring emirates, scaled to the activities they affect.
How we help
Planning, scheduling and project controls from a Manchester-based consultancy, deployed to the programme rather than tied to a local office in every city.
A programme the site team will keep up to date.
A short, accurate account of progress and remaining duration.
Re-sequencing when a late approval or delivery has moved the finish.

The discipline is the same. The level of detail is matched to the Ajman project, which is often smaller.
When the baseline or a recovery needs the team in one room, yes. Routine updates can be done on the shared schedule.
